25 Prince Street
25 Prince Street
Floor 2
A rare opportunity to live in a meticulously designed one bedroom on one of the finest downtown blocks of Manhattan. With heated herringbone floors, bespoke millwork, imported English wall coverings and French wood cabinetry, 25 Prince is a masterful combination of a modern smart home and an oasis of rich materials and history. Built in 1898, recreated in 2015, and renovated in 2024, no expense was spared at this designer Nolita residence.
Bathed in sunlight, this boutique building of only three residential units has a façade crafted from custom brick dies. Hallways are lit with warm filament bulbs casting light upon exposed brick, custom millwork, and oil-rubbed bronze fixtures. Augmented by AI-enabled security cameras and digital locks, the building and the second floor residence alike are able to be monitored locally and from afar.

The concept for the space is a bond of American, French, and English design elements, the product of years of research and exploration.
The bedroom benefits from hand painted Chinoiserie wall coverings on bespoke India tea paper, imported from a capsule collection between English design houses de Gournay and Erdem. A riotous depiction of nature in full bloom, the design is a springtime vision of flora and fauna: presenting the medium in a kaleidoscopic rendition of saturated tones.
